Accounts Receivable Clerk
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Five years of related work experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent people skills
- High attention to detail
- Must possess excellent organization, time management and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment
- Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions
- Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work
- Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery
- Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges
- Align and balance new equipment after installation
- Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments

Responsibilities
- Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends & holidays
- Route delivery of products to restaurants, markets and wholesalers
- Abide by State and Federal traffic laws
- Ensure safe operation of vehicles
Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A or B
- Clean driving record
- Drive in a careful, skillful, and defensive manner so material and vehicle are protected against damage.
- Assist in any and all warehouse duties on an as-needed basis.

- Work independently to pick, pack and ship orders.
- Operate a reach truck, pallet jack, and/or fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack products within the warehouse and dock; hand-stack product if needed.
- Must be able to be flexible working in different roles as needed
- Candidates must be able to lift 30 pounds, occasionally lifting boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
